Most of the time an error message appears and it will take multiple attempts to send an ecard! (Especially, when attempting to inbox on fb) I dont like that you are unable to text message ecards

I hardly ever write a bad review but I am frustrated. At first I was a little annoyed that you had to buy the subscription (but it wasnt stated clearly), but bc the reviews were not horrible about the app itself and it was only 17/year I purchased it. Now when I try to post my cards to Facebook it wont let me post to my friends wall. I have to post to mine. I should be able to copy and paste my card to their wall. The cards really arent that great. I wish I could get a refund. Hallmark needs to get with the times and make this more posting friendly. Maybe they will take this advice and make changes since I purchased a year subscription.

I really liked this app before this last update. Now the send options are below my screen and I have no way to reach them. Please fix it. Or I will not be renewing.

Like others, I found that the latest update moves the "send by email or Facebook" buttons off of the screen on my iPhone 5. Its impossible to send ecards now. Ill be somewhat patient for them to fix this bug, but it wont be long before I cancel my subscription.

I have already paid for a subscription and when I want to send an e card from the app, I am prompt to choose another subscription to enter my credit card info

Every time it try to send a card it doesnt make it easy. It wont take me to the home page. Instead it takes me to a page that says I have no cards. ???? Is this meant to prevent your customers from using the app. Get it together Hallmark. This does not make doing business with you easy. Fix this problem. This is a second request.

I paid for a years subscription. Worse decision, but i had to choose something to get to the cards and I thought, "How can you go wrong with Hallmark?" I wanted it to be an;e to send friends on Facebook birthday greetings, congrats, for various Holidays, etc. I am on an IPad Pro. First of all the images are blurry for me, so they have to be blurry to anyone on a computer I send them too. Second of all you cannot share them directly to a friends page. You have to send them to you,mother copy the link and post it on their page which looks tacky with the big link from your post. Not just the picture. They used to allow you to post directly to a friends page when you belonged to the Internet card page, not the app. My own fault for subscribing for a year to a company I trusted. Lesson learned.

This app is not free as stated although the cards are cheap for a subscription price but regardless it is not free but will not tell you until after youve entered all the details for your card

Hallmark needs to be upfront about the fact that this is not really a free app. Charges a monthly or yearly subscription fee whether you want to send one card or a thousand. Ad supported would have been a better way. I was going to send my friend a birthday card through the app, but was prompted at the end to pay a subscription rate. No thanks. I immediately uninstalled the app.

iTunes need to revised all the apps, We need an app that sync with Facebook. I am very sorry that Hallmark do not sync, REMOVING !!!!
